 Ryan Lochte, the gold US swimmer celebrates his 28th birthday in the Sin City, Las Vegas. The funny thing is that the Olynpian's actual birthday were in August 3rd, but nevermind, when you're young, rich, famous and hot you can celebrate your b-day for days!
